Challenges
At the outset, I identified the following challenges:
-
Define Business Tasks with the Product Manager;
-
Conduct User interviews;
-
Conduct Benchmarking Research;
-
Create Prototypes;
-
Conduct User testing.
My Role
Using Agile methodology, in collaboration with the Product Manager, Tech Lead, and developers, I created a product from inception to implementation:
-
Conducted User Research;
-
Created Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi Prototypes;
-
Conducted User testing;
-
Supported developers.
Research
-
Conducted Benchmarking research to analyze competitor solutions to identify strengths and weaknesses;
-
Conducted User interviews and surveys to gather insights on user needs and pain points;
-
Defined business tasks with the Product Manager;
-
Described technical issues with the Tech Lead and the dev team.

Implementation and User Tests
Using Agile methodology, I collaborated closely with developers to ensure the accurate translation of the design into the final product. I participated in regular sprints to discuss progress and user pain points to make adjustments as needed. In the Post-launch research phase, I tested my product using the A/B testing method involving 4 users.
What I did
1 / Intuitive User Interface
A clean, user-friendly interface that simplifies document management tasks.
2 / Advanced Search Functionality
Powerful search capabilities to quickly find and retrieve documents.
3 / Real-Time Notifications
Alerts and notifications to keep users informed about document status and updates.
