Talent Performance Tracker
Talent Performance Tracker is a cutting-edge platform designed to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance of employees. It provides a comprehensive set of tools to track individual achievements, conduct performance reviews, compare employees, and generate detailed performance reports, all within an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
Chellenges
We needed to create a good mobile interface based on the desktop version, focusing on the following points:

My Role
In collaboration with the Product Manager and Business Analyst I preserved responsiveness, ensured cross-platform compatibility so that it can be comfortably used on both iPhone and Android devices, and maintained business functionality.
Design
I utilized the Figma tool to design mobile screens, collaborating closely with the Product Manager as part of my team. Our approach focused on adapting desktop designs for mobile rather than using a mobile-first approach. Throughout the process, I maintained consistency with corporate colors and identity.
Vertical menu is an elegant and functional element of user interface that enables intuitive navigation through an application or website.
The employee comparison interface is a tool that allows for the analysis and comparison of employees' performance and achievements within an organization. This enables quick assessment of their effectiveness, identification of strengths and areas for improvement, aiding in financial and strategic decision-making.
Employees can be selected for comparison from a hierarchical tree, facilitating detailed analysis and performance evaluation across different organizational levels.
We can review evaluation reviews for each employee individually.
The Performance Review process is divided into several stages.
After submitting the Performance Review, the "Useful Information" tab becomes available, featuring charts and feedback.
